Price colours on the map
Every price pin also carries an arrow: ▼ for cheaper than most nearby, ▲ for dearer, so you can read the map whichever setting you pick, and whether or not colour comes through clearly in bright sun.
The recommended scheme is not a compromise. We measured all three against simulations of red-green and blue-yellow colour blindness, and it separates cheap from dear more clearly than the traditional red-and-green scheme does even for drivers with no colour vision difference at all, which is why it is the default rather than an option buried in a menu.
Your fuel discounts
If you carry a supermarket docket or a card that takes cents off, tell us and we will show what you would actually pay beside the pump price. The pump price never changes. It is what the servo reported, and it stays the number on the pin.
We do not ship a list of retailer offers, because they carry conditions and they change. You know what is on your docket this week; we will do the arithmetic.
Kept on this device, like everything else on this page. If two of your discounts apply at the same servo we use the bigger one rather than adding them together, because they generally do not stack and overstating a saving is the one mistake worth avoiding here.
