Who publishes what we show you

WayBeacon does not survey a single price or measure a single bridge. Every layer on the map is somebody else's open data, mostly a state road authority or a fuel price scheme, and each of those 31 registers has its own page here: what it covers, how we use it, and what its licence lets you do.

Where a custodian states a licence, we name it and say what it permits. Where one does not, we say that instead of guessing: 10 of 31 are published openly with terms we have not confirmed.
